About Briscoe Plumbing
Rich Briscoe took out his own C-36 license in September 2015 and has run Briscoe Plumbing out of El Granada ever since. He describes his start as sixteen years working for Kensit Plumbing out of Princeton Harbor before going out on his own.
The license is a sole ownership with no employees on file. That is unusual and it is the point: there is no dispatch board deciding which of six trucks gets sent over Highway 92, because there is one plumber and he lives here.
